TDG Facilities is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time position involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, as well as performing installations and maintenance tasks. Candidates should thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Assist with commercial HVAC unit installations
  • Safely utilize equipment following appropriate protocols and procedures
  • Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and equipment installations
  • Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize mobile technology for efficient communication and real-time reporting
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems

Required skills

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized and able to self-manage
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
