Job Description Job Description ADE Systems, Inc. is one of the largest HVAC manufacturer's representatives in the New York Metro and Northern New Jersey area who is seeking an Entry level individual to join our growing team in our Freeport, NY office. The Project Management Team is looking for an entry level or experienced individual that is detail oriented, hard working and responsible. The individual must be capable of multi-tasking and taking direction from their team leader. The qualified candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed submittals on the products ADE represents and managing the project they are assigned all the way to releasing the order and tracking the deliverables.Overall ResponsibilitiesRead HVAC blueprintsHelp define project scope, goals and deliverablesInteract with customers, engineers, etc. as requiredPrepare submittals for the products ADE representsRelease ordersPrepare change orders when requiredManage budget and ensure the correct products are being ordered & shippedTrack deliverablesImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess result of projectEducation & ExperienceHVAC background (preferred)Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (required)Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management (preferred)PC experience is required - MS Office, Outlook, Bluebeam (preferred)Salary & Benefits Overview:Salary range based on experience.
