Building Team Solutions is hiring a Commercial Sheet Metal Duct Foreman for a long-term opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves leading HVAC sheet metal duct installation crews while actively working alongside the team in the field, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate commercial sheet metal installation crews
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
  • Install rigid commercial HVAC duct systems
  • Maintain production schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with project management, general contractors, and field personnel

Required skills

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC duct installation experience
  • Prior foreman or crew leadership experience
  • Experience with commercial rigid metal duct systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
