This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing initiatives that help create a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events Develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement Track and report on employee engagement metrics and survey results Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed Assist with HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including payroll and benefits administration Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits programs Experience administering employee surveys and engagement initiatives preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills High level of confidentiality and attention to detail Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office systems
