HR Specialist Location: Columbus, OHEmployment Type: Full-Time OnsiteSalary: $65,000 - $75,000 Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven HR Specialist to join a premier senior living community, renowned for its commitment to luxury, compassion, and excellence in care. As part of a respected, privately owned organization, this onsite role is essential in streamlining HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a supportive and engaging employee experience for this location. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters Facilitate onboarding and orientation, including I-9 processing, training coordination, and benefits communication Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and act as a liaison between staff and HR leadership Track open positions and provide timely updates to leadership Contribute to HR initiatives and help enhance internal processes and policies Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, with demonstrated success in managing employee relations, training, and onboarding. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, but not required. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a strong plus.
