Overview

Boise Centre, located in downtown Boise, Idaho, is seeking a passionate Human Resources Specialist to enhance employee experience through full-cycle recruiting and HR operations. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging workplace culture while supporting various HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop effective talent acquisition strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Support HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Analyze recruitment, engagement, and turnover metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist with HR policy interpretation and support employee engagement initiatives.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Advanced communication and written skills
  • Strong collaboration and customer service mindset
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in record keeping and Microsoft Office applications
