Position Summary:The Human Resources Representative provides day-to-day human resources support for employees, supervisors, and managers at the Montgomery facility. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and HR programs. The HR Representative supports employee relations, workplace investigations, training coordination, compliance activities, and general HR operations while developing the skills necessary to independently manage employee relations matters and investigations.Duration: 6 Months - possible permanent depending on business needs - Starts in August 2026 - February 2027Key Responsibilities: Employee Support & HR OperationsServe as a primary HR contact for employees regarding policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, attendance, and general HR-related questions.Assist employees in understanding and completing HR-related forms and processes.Maintain employee personnel files and ensure accurate recordkeeping.Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.Maintain accurate employee information within HRIS systems.Support daily HR administrative functions and ensure timely completion of HR transactions.Assist with payroll-related inquiries and employee documentation.Employee RelationsRespond to employee concerns and inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.Assist supervisors and managers with employee relations matters and policy interpretation.Conduct employee intake meetings and gather information related to workplace concerns.Prepare and maintain documentation related to coaching, counseling, and corrective actions.Support efforts to promote a positive and respectful work environment.Partner with leadership to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.Workplace InvestigationsParticipate in investigations involving policy violations, attendance concerns, workplace conduct, harassment complaints, safety concerns, and employee relations issues.Conduct fact-finding interviews with employees, witnesses, and supervisors.Gather and organize supporting documentation related to investigations.Prepare investigation summaries and recommendations for review by HR leadership.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the investigative process.Develop proficiency in conducting in
