Overview

As the Human Resources Manager for Aramark's Lake Tahoe District, you will be responsible for providing HR support across several locations, including Zephyr Cove Resort and Adventure Mountain. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for seasonal positions and manage on-site housing assignments.
  • Deliver and enhance training programs for employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee HR functions, benefits administration, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to assess program effectiveness.

Required skills

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple management levels
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to train and make presentations
