Overview

Job Description The Human Resources Manager provides HR generalist support and administrative leadership for an Aramark operation or functional group, with responsibility for employee relations, engagement, reporting, talent processes, and policy support. Job Responsibilities Handling issue resolution and follow-up for hotline calls, investigations, corrective action, performance-management consulting, and policy interpretation.Supporting employee engagement initiatives, action plans, and workforce recognition or celebration activities.Assisting with talent acquisition and leadership pipeline programs such as recruiting coordination and leadership-development support.Producing HR metrics reporting and analysis for management decision-making.Supporting benefits and payroll administration as needed.Coordinating onboarding programs and HR process administration.Managing day-to-day HR activities such as recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures.
