Human Resources Manager OverviewA well-established organization in the agriculture industry is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance its human resources function. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, supporting operations, and building a strong foundation for long-term workforce planning. Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager: Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management Partner with leadership to support business objectives and workforce planning initiatives Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in key roles Oversee recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies in a competitive labor market Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Drive HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization Support leadership development and foster a positive, productive workplace culture Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Compensation$120,000 - $150,000 base salary plus bonus potential
