Oversee and implement key human resources strategies, ensuring compliance and alignment with our organizational goals. Responsibilities include:Strategic Talent Acquisition: Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. Review offer packets from recruiters in preparation for quality review.Seamless Onboarding: Lead and refine the onboarding process to foster positive first impressions and ensure new hires are equipped for success. Ensure new hire paperwork processing and employee file set-up and maintenance.
