Overview

Century Business Products Inc. is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This role will be critical in partnering with leadership and employees to enhance talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational culture initiatives, while ensuring compliance and effective HR practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Serve as the primary resource for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and employee development plans
  • Coordinate training and leadership development programs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Administer leave programs and workers' compensation claims
  • Maintain HRIS systems and personnel records
  • Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee morale and retention
