Overview

The Human Resources Manager at CFS will play a critical role in guiding employee relations and enhancing organizational effectiveness in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This position involves implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing HRIS systems, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support during employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations.
  • Update and implement new policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Design and enhance employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, service awards, and internal celebrations.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Paylocity HRIS, managing systems related to recruiting, onboarding, employee data, payroll, performance management, expense tracking, reporting, and offboarding.
