Overview

The Human Resources Manager at CFS will provide full cycle HR leadership and be a strategic partner to the Senior Human Resources Director. The role encompasses supporting day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational initiatives to enhance culture, talent development, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership by aligning people strategies with business objectives
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
  • Design, develop, and facilitate enterprise-wide training and leadership development programs
  • Drive workforce planning and talent development initiatives
  • Champion employee engagement and promote a positive workplace environment

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree (required); master's degree and SHRM CP/SCP or HRCI certification preferred
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and talent management systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
