Overview

The Human Resources Manager will provide full cycle HR leadership and serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Human Resources Director at a leading automotive protection products provider. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations and long-term initiatives to enhance culture, talent development, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and conduct investigations
  • Design and facilitate enterprise wide training and leadership development programs
  • Drive workforce planning and talent development initiatives
  • Champion employee engagement and promote a positive workplace environment

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Master's degree and SHRM CP/SCP or HRCI certification (preferred)
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and talent management systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
