Overview

The Human Resources Manager will serve as the primary HR leader for a multi-site manufacturing organization in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This position offers hands-on involvement in HR operations, employee relations, and strategic business decisions while mentoring an HR Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to leaders across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Oversee and actively support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (MN), and local employment regulations
  • Lead HR processes including benefits administration, compensation support, and policy development
