Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving how things work, and making a real impact?We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function while helping us continue to strengthen our people practices as we grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes being close to the business-supporting employees and managers, solving problems, improving processes, and keeping HR running smoothly.Strong, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required. What You'll Do As our HR Manager, you'll have ownership across the employee lifecycle, including:Lead recruiting and onboarding from job posting through new hire orientationServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR questions and employee relationsCoordinate payroll and maintain accurate employee information in ADP Workforce NowAdminister benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), open enrollment, and qualifying life eventsManage performance review processes and help managers provide effective feedback and developmentMaintain compliant employee records, documentation, and HR practicesKeep company policies and the employee handbook current and practicalSupport compliance with federal and Texas employment lawsCreate HR reports and provide meaningful workforce insights to leadershipIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processesHelp strengthen employee engagement and the overall employee experience What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experienceStrong proficiency with ADP Workforce NowBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldActive SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and complianceSolid understanding of federal and Texas employment lawsStrong technology skills and confidence learning and improving HR systemsExcellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion You'll Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy both the people side and operational side of HR. You're comfortable jumping into the details when needed, but you also see the bigger picture and look for better ways to do things.You're organized, approachable, tech-savvy, and confident working independently.
