Human Resources Generalist Salary:$85,000-$90,000Location: Downtown Manhattan, 3x days onsite Why This Opportunity Stands Out: • Serve as a key leader within the People & Culture team with direct exposure to executive HR leadership• Own end to end people operations, giving you broad scope and real influence across the organization• Play a critical role in scaling hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives• Gain hands on ownership of HR systems, processes, and operational improvements• Partner closely with department leaders to support growth, budgeting, and staffing strategy• Work in a role that blends strategic planning with day to day execution Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist: • Lead recruitment operations for non exempt, temporary, and intern roles• Manage ATS administration, including postings, screening, interviews, and offers• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes end to end• Partner with payroll leadership to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and people related documentation• Support HR budgeting, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist: • Experience in people operations, HR operations, or HR management• Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR compliance processes• Experience partnering with HR leadership and cross functional stakeholders• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast paced environment
