Key responsibilities

  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Manage full cycle recruiting efforts
  • Support HR operations with benefits administration and employee relations
  • Maintain safety records and assist with OSHA compliance
  • Process payroll changes and generate payroll reporting
  • Assist with benefits tasks such as HSA administration and COBRA filings
  • Track employee hours and ensure accurate timekeeping
  • Serve as a key HR resource for employees
  • Prepare for future payroll processing responsibilities

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong focus on benefits and HR operations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Experience with HRIS preferred
