Overview

The Human Resources Generalist role at CFS is a high-impact position that focuses on shaping the full employee lifecycle while partnering with senior HR leadership. The position involves driving operational excellence across various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and payroll management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment operations for non-exempt, temporary, and intern roles
  • Manage ATS administration, including postings, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes end to end
  • Partner with payroll leadership to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and people related documentation
  • Support HR budgeting, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives

Required skills

  • Experience in people operations, HR operations, or HR management
  • Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration
  • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR compliance processes
  • Experience partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast paced environment

What the company offers

  • Salary: $85,000-$90,000
  • Location: Downtown Manhattan, 3x days onsite
