Overview

The Human Resources Generalist role at CFS offers the opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization recognized as a Top Workplace. Key responsibilities

  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience from day one
  • Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to fill open roles
  • Support HR operations with a focus on benefits administration and employee relations
  • Maintain safety records and assist with OSHA related documentation and compliance
  • Process payroll changes and generate payroll reporting to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with benefits related tasks such as HSA administration and COBRA filings
  • Track employee hours and ensure accurate timekeeping within workforce systems
  • Serve as a key HR resource for employees across the organization
  • Prepare to take on full payroll processing responsibilities in the future as part of succession planning

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong focus on benefits and HR operations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related preferred
  • Experience with HRIS preferred

  • Salary range between $58,000 - $66,000
