Overview

The Human Resources Generalist is a key position within a leading automotive parts supplier in Jackson, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to support essential HR functions while promoting a positive workplace culture in a beautiful Southern environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support all HR functions including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment
  • Assist with staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Develop and coordinate employee relations programs and plant activities
  • Administer HR policies and provide guidance and decision-making support
  • Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Administer benefits and support employee inquiries
  • Engage in community activities to help build a positive local presence

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of related HR experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience with ADP or KRONOS
