Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator role at CFS offers a chance to significantly influence the HR function within a stable and growing organization. As the first internal HR hire, you'll be instrumental in building HR processes that enhance employee experience and engagement during a key growth phase.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
  • Administer benefits programs, including 401(k) and profit-sharing
  • Support performance management and employee relations initiatives
  • Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and internal program development

Required skills

  • 1+ year of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growing environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
