Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator at San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center plays a vital role in supporting HR operations to ensure compliance and efficiency in delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, project coordination, and effective communication to enhance the workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Manage calendars and prepare expense reports for senior executives
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, and external partners promoting clear communication
  • Prepare and review HR-related documents for clarity and professionalism
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations, including filing and data entry
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, trainings, and organizational events
  • Compile documents for audits, subpoenas, and record requests in compliance with laws
