Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Ameribolt will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across multiple business units and locations. This role is key in driving employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations matters from intake through resolution
  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions
  • Advise leaders on performance management and policy matters
  • Coach managers on employee performance and leadership effectiveness
  • Support succession planning and talent review processes
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations

Required skills

  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated experience conducting employee relations investigations
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (preferred)
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed populations (preferred)
