Human Resources Business Partner Looking for an Human Resources Business Partner opportunity where you can truly own the HR function and make an immediate impact? Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Business Partner: • Maintain employee and temporary employee records within the payroll system.• Process employee pay changes, deductions, attendance tracking, vacation balances, and leave administration.• Coordinate benefits enrollment and eligibility for insurance and 401(k) programs.• Prepare required reporting related to government compliance, garnishments, child support, and EEOC requirements.• Manage performance review schedules and communicate upcoming review deadlines to leadership.• Provide backup support for weekly payroll processing. Qualifications for the Human Resources Business Partner: • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.• Previous experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, employee recordkeeping, or a related office environment.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.• Experience with payroll systems; Paylocity experience is preferred.• Ability to maintain confidential employee information and handle sensitive records.
