Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Human Resources management experience preferably in hospitality operations.Payroll experience required.Knowledge of EEO/AA policies, wage and hour regulations, laws and requirements involving interviewing and hiring, Title VII, HIPPA, ERISA, COBRA, ADA and FMLA.Excellent interpersonal skills.Highly motivated and high energy.Work with little supervision.Handle a dynamic work environment with competing priorities.A team player who has the ability to multi-task and is self-directed.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.Good problem solver/creative thinker.Proficient with excel and Outlook applications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The ideal Human Resources Assistant must demonstrate the ability to use professional discretion in dealing with confidential matters, maintain effective flow of information between various departments, organize and disseminate information from a variety of sources, and possess knowledge of scheduling techniques.
