Overview

The Human Resource Manager at CFS will lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in a supportive workplace culture. This role emphasizes compliance, strategy development, and employee relations to align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage performance review processes and support leadership development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain HR records and systems, and generate reports for leadership
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures
