Overview

The Human Resource Manager at CFS in Joliet, Illinois will take on a crucial leadership role within the HR function, particularly during a period of organizational change. This position offers autonomy to develop HR processes and directly influence the company's culture while working closely with leadership and managing HR operations in a municipal environment.
