Overview

CFS is seeking a Human Resource Generalist based in Smithtown, NY, with a focus on healthcare recruitment and retention. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, assisting in recruitment-related activities, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the department's success.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day human resources operations, including employee lifecycle activities and compliance support
  • Coordinate and administer onboarding activities and documentation
  • Facilitate New Employee Training sessions for orientation and policy awareness
  • Maintain HRIS data entry and ensure accurate employee records
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll-related processes
  • Process background checks in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Support internal employee transfers and career mobility processes
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on additional initiatives and projects
