We are a close-knit team that values professionalism, integrity, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere-for both our guests and our staff.We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource professional to join our team. This is a key role that supports the smooth operation of our business. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Payroll & Human Resources:Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws.Maintain and update employee records, handle onboarding/offboarding, and manage benefits administration.Support HR compliance, reporting, and internal policy updates.Benefit administration.Serve as a point of contact for employees' questions regarding payroll and benefits.Administrative Support:Provide day-to-day administrative support to hotel leadership and staff.Manage multilocation communications and document organization.Assist with vendor coordination and office supply management.Light Accounting:Support accounts payable.Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
