Overview

Hugo's Express Car Wash is seeking a Crew Member for their Clinton, North Carolina location. This entry-level role focuses on enhancing the customer experience while managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct guests to the entrance of the prep station and guide automobiles onto the conveyor
  • Prep front and rear of vehicles using brushes and detergent
  • Activate wash mechanisms and monitor operations for safety and service quality
  • Assist guests at the pay station with products and services
  • Greet customers after their wash is complete and ensure vehicle quality
  • Assist with opening and closing operations, including cleaning
  • Supervise the car wash service team
