Home of Hope is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide training and assistance to individuals with diverse support needs in Vinita, Oklahoma. This role offers flexible scheduling and various opportunities for professional growth while ensuring the well-being and independence of clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal hygiene
  • Provide training in vocational skills and community participation
  • Document and report progress, incidents, and any concerns regarding individual welfare
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of environments
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move individuals or objects as required
  • First Aid/CPR Training
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
