The platform finds high-intent prospects, identifies the real decision-makers, surfaces the business problems inside target companies, forecasts tenders before they are announced, and helps prepare proposal sections. We are an early-stage, founder-led company serving clients in the USA, the GCC and worldwide, and we are building our first core team.The roleYou will help us hire a strong founding team and build the people foundations of a growing, distributed company: recruiting, onboarding, contracts, policies and performance.What you'll do Run end-to-end recruitment for engineering, sales and operations roles: posting, sourcing, screening and scheduling Build a structured interview and assessment process with clear scorecards Prepare offer letters and employment or contractor agreements across countries, with legal input where needed Lead onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, accounts and paperwork Write core HR policies: remote work, leave, code of conduct, data security Set up a simple performance and goal-setting rhythm, and support equity (ESOP) communication Keep HR records accurate and confidentialWhat you bring 3+ years in HR or talent acquisition, ideally in tech or a startup Experience hiring engineers and salespeople Working knowledge of employment and contractor arrangements for remote, international teams Excellent communication and judgementNice to have Experience with UAE labour law and US employment basics Familiarity with employer-of-record platforms (Deel, Remote, Oyster) Experience using ATS tools (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever)What we offer Equity (ESOP) in an early-stage company Remote-first, flexible hours with overlap to UAE (GST) time Broad scope and a direct line to the founder Room to build the function as the company growsHow to applySend your CV and a short note on the hardest role you filled and how you found the right person to .
