Job Description: Position:HR Specialist III, Learning ProgramsJob Description: What You'll Be Doing:Design and administer the service delivery of programs/initiatives related to the employee lifecycle, which may include onboarding, employee learning, performance management, leadership training/development, early career talent, EVP/employee experience, and inclusion Supports key talent and learning programs by conducting market research, managing external vendors, identifying best practices, and developing content, development and delivery best practices Recommends metrics to measure program results, analyzing data and preparing presentations of findings to help determine whether identified program/business goals have been achieved Leads in the ongoing review and improvement of programs including developing program experience related surveys and providing recommendations based on survey findings Acts as the central point of contact for talent and learning process/program related questions or requests and maintain all program collateral Leads project related work related to talent development and learning programs Understands technology systems and capabilities used to support administration and data output for talent and learning related transactions and provides recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness Serves as the System Administrator for talent and learning platforms (i.e. Workday, LMS, etc.) Research and curate high-quality, content to propose the most effective manner to support specific learning needs Obtain, maintain, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, SOPs or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials Support leader to ensure training materials are consistent Support training logistics as needed, such as scheduling venue, participant registrations, coordinating catering, training materials, etc.What We Are Looking For:Requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Experience with LMS software (Workday preferred) Ability to communicate and partner with senior and executive leadership Prefer previous experience working for a large, global corporation Prefer previous experience within HR, but not requiredWork Arrangement Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
