Overview

CFS is looking for an HR Specialist to join their local non-profit organization in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves supporting the HR team with recruiting and onboarding activities, ensuring accurate data management and compliance in all HR processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts
  • Post jobs, review resumes, and schedule applicants
  • Perform reference checks
  • Maintain the ATS with correct and up-to-date data
  • Coordinate pre-employment drug screens and background checks
  • Support other HR functions as needed
