Job Description

Overview

CFS is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join their team in Mishawaka, Indiana. The recruiter will support a high-volume hiring environment by managing the recruiting process from posting jobs to extending offers, while collaborating closely with HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Post open positions and monitor job posting traction
  • Review applications and coordinate the interview process
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Schedule and support large hiring events
  • Extend job offers and coordinate background checks and drug screening instructions
  • Communicate with candidates regarding next steps in the hiring process
  • Utilize ADP Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate information
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and department managers during hiring events
  • Provide on-site recruiting support and assist with hiring operations
