Job Description

Overview

The HR People Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders in the Reagent Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors at bioMérieux. This role involves managing complex HR matters, driving improvements in HR processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide advanced guidance on people matters, managing complex performance concerns and employee relations cases
  • Lead the deployment of annual HR programs, advising leaders on implications and best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Advise on organizational design considerations and workforce planning
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and change initiatives
  • Proactively manage employee relations risk and recommend mitigation strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or Generalist roles
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred)
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and local labor regulations
  • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
