Overview

The HR People Partner (Level 3) at bioMérieux acts as a trusted advisor to leaders within assigned client groups, providing advanced HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing complex people matters, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and driving improvements in HR processes and practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide advanced guidance on complex performance concerns and policy interpretation.
  • Independently manage sensitive employee relations cases.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data.
  • Lead deployment of annual HR programs and advise leaders on implications.
  • Resolve complex HR problems by evaluating variables and assessing risk.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
  • Proactively manage employee relations risk and coach leaders.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and role clarity.
  • Perform work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, employment practices, and local labor regulations.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred).
  • Experience in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
