Job Description

Overview

The HR People Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in the Reagent Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors, providing advanced HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on managing complex employee matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving improvements to HR processes in collaboration with various HR teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide advanced guidance on complex performance concerns and policy interpretation.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations cases independently.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data.
  • Lead deployment of annual HR programs and advise leaders on best practices.
  • Resolve complex HR problems by evaluating multiple variables and assessing risk.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
  • Proactively manage employee relations risk and coach leaders.
  • Advise on organizational design and workforce planning in partnership with leaders.
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation and escalate risks as necessary.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and local labor regulations
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred)
  • Experience in a matrixed, global organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance
