The HR manager, Executive Compensation supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of executive compensation programs that align with enterprise strategy, shareholder expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role operates as part of a coordinated executive compensation function, where team members contribute across core workstreams (e.g., program execution, governance and disclosure, analytics and operations) based on business needs and priorities. The position partners closely with HR, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of executive compensation programs. The role emphasizes strong operational execution, analytical support, and process discipline to enable a scalable model. What You'll Be Doing: Executive Compensation Program Execution Execute compensation processes, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentivesSupport administration of equity programs, including grant execution, payroll inputs, and system updatesMaintain compensation data accuracy across systems and ensure alignment with internal recordsAssist with annual compensation cycles, including tracking milestones and coordinating deliverablesSupport structuring and documentation of executive compensation actions (e.g., hires, changes, transitions) Governance, Compliance, and Disclosure Draft Compensation Committee materials and coordinate inputs across stakeholdersSupport development of proxy disclosures (e.g., CD&A) and related analysesMaintain governance calendars, documentation, and version controlTrack deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines across governance processesSupport audit processes and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation Analytics and Modeling Support Develop and maintain supporting analyses for executive compensation decisionsAssist in modeling compensation scenarios and incentive outcomesCompile and analyze market data and peer benchmarking inputsEnsure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reportingTranslate data into clear, structured outputs for leadership review Operations and Process Discipline Maintain plan documentation, award records, and audit-ready materialsManage operational calendars, milestones, and deliverables trackingSupport development and maintenance of standardized processes and documentationCoordinate across HR, finance, legal, and external partners to ensure execution continuityContribute to process improvements, documentation, and scalability initiatives Stakeholder Coordination and Support Coordinate inputs and communication across cross-functional stakeholdersSupport preparation of materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee reviewEnsure alignment of data, analysis, and materials across workstreamsBuild effective working relationships across HR, finance, legal, and corporate functions What We're Looking For: Experience 8-10+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards, finance, or a related disciplineExperience supporting compensation programs in a public company environment preferredExposure to Compensation Committee materials, governance processes, or proxy disclosures preferredExperience working in a complex, global organization is a plus Skills and capabilities Executive compensation knowledge: Understanding of incentive programs, equity administration, and pay processesAnalytical capability: Strong Excel/modeling skills and ability to interpret and structure dataExecution excellence: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesGovernance awareness: Understanding of documentation, controls, and compliance expectations
