Our client, HHI CORPORATION, based in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence business decisions, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and grow alongside the company as the HR function continues to evolve. The Senior HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and provides both strategic direction and hands-on HR support. This role is responsible for day-to-day recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, policy development, compensation alignment, and compliance across multiple states. You will help create consistency in HR practices while navigating complex employee matters and balancing operational needs with regulatory requirements. As the organization continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and help shape the future direction of the HR function. The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources) and 5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment. Construction industry experience is preferred, along with the ability to confidently navigate complex HR situations with sound judgment, discretion, and a practical approach. Equally important, you enjoy building relationships, coaching leaders, supporting employees, and fostering an engaged workplace culture. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
