Overview

The HR Manager at Windigo Logistics LLC in Aurora, Colorado, serves as a Business Partner, providing essential HR support and guidance to managers. This role focuses on implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing employee engagement and performance management.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide HR support, guidance, and consultative services to managers
  • Manage the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Assist management with HR-related technical questions
  • Partner with functional groups for HR program implementation
  • Facilitate HR activities such as onboarding and exit interviews

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Business
  • Master's degree preferred or SHRM (PHR) certification
  • Experience in operational companies (warehousing, distribution, transportation, manufacturing)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • HRIS administration experience required, ADP experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
  • Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools
