This full-time role will focus on building employee experience, ensuring compliance, administering benefits, and implementing performance and engagement systems as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day HR functions end-to-end
  • Build and maintain a consistent employee experience
  • Ensure strong compliance foundations
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Implement scalable performance and engagement systems
  • Partner with leadership on HR operations
  • Roll out OKRs
  • Champion a strong culture of employee engagement

Required skills

  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Proven history of building successful HR policies and practices
  • Experience with OKR implementation
