Overview

Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support People & Culture operations. This role involves administering core HR functions including employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll support, and recruitment coordination, while also serving as a key operational partner within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Maintain and audit employee records for data integrity and confidentiality
  • Manage HRIS data and support operational efficiency
  • Track and ensure compliance-related requirements are completed
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and documentation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and trainings
  • Serve as backup for payroll and benefits processing
  • Lead pre-employment processes and support recruitment activities
  • Provide guidance on HR policies to employees and managers
  • Assist in performance management processes and documentation
  • Partner with the CPO on People & Culture initiatives
