If you're a HR Generalist with compliance, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration and talent development exposure, we want to speak with you. You'll use your understanding of Human Resources to help build relationships with employees with the goal of development and retention.A self-starter with an eye for the detailsFamiliar with payroll (preferably ADP) and benefits administrationImplement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsAccurately maintain employee filesBuild rapport with a number of people every dayCollaborates with the Department Head on implementing employee recognition and engagement programsPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute leave policies, disciplinary matters, performance reviews, occupational health and safety, and training and developmentEach day will be different from the next; especially in personal interactions.
