Overview

The HR Generalist at KW Rastall Oil is responsible for managing the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administering various HR programs. This in-person role requires daily travel to the main office and involves compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified job applicants
  • Collaborate with managers to understand required skills and competencies
  • Implement new hire orientation tailored for each role
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and sensitive matters
  • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and investigations
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and new technologies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
