Overview

The Human Resource Generalist II at KW Rastall Oil will manage the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This in-person role requires daily travel to the main office and involves various HR functions aimed at supporting staff and maintaining company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Conduct new hire orientation for each role
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees
  • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and investigations
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in human resources
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned
