Overview

Aramark is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager in Chicago, IL, to provide essential support to senior managers and department heads across the business. The role involves guiding operations and functional teams on HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as company representative at management appeal interviews
  • Assist in company training programs and ensure employee presentations are carried out
  • Review employee relations queries and provide guidance to HR Advisors
  • Prepare material for employment tribunal claims and ensure managers are updated on legal changes
  • Analyze labor turnover information and report on disability appraisals
  • Counsel unit managers on job adjustments for employees with disabilities
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance personal performance standards

Required skills

  • Human resources experience, preferably in multi-site operations
  • Operational management experience
  • Team building and leadership skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
