Lead engagement initiatives, surveys, and programs that shape and elevate the employee experience as the HR Generalist Comprehensive benefit offerings designed to support you inside and outside of work Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist: The HR Generalist will drive employee relations, investigations, and HR partnership for a 400-employee, multi-location workforce Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract and integrate top talent Manage and develop one direct report, building bench strength within HR Oversee training programs and compliance initiatives, including administration of the L&D platform Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while staying ahead of evolving labor trends Collaborate with leadership to elevate engagement, refine policies, and shape overall HR strategy Qualifications for the HR Generalist: Bilingual communication skills - Fluent in Spanish and English HR systems expertise - Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (Paycor preferred) Tech-savvy professional - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Strong compliance foundation - Working knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements
